Revenue Breakthrough Session Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sausha Davis (“Coach”) and the undersigned purchaser (“Client”) for the purpose of engaging in a one-time strategic coaching session as described below.
1. Session Description
Client is purchasing one (1) Revenue Breakthrough Session, a private 90-minute business coaching and strategy session conducted via Zoom. This session is designed to provide strategic insight, sales clarity, and customized recommendations to support the growth and success of the Client’s business.
This is a single-session service and does not include ongoing support, messaging outside the session, or any deliverables beyond what is covered during the session time.
2. Investment and Payment Terms
Client agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of $197 USD. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment and is required to secure the session.
Client agrees and understands that the fee is non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to Client cancellation, rescheduling, or failure to attend the scheduled session.
No chargebacks shall be initiated by the Client under any circumstances. Client further agrees to communicate directly with the Coach regarding any concerns and to resolve disputes privately.
3. Session Scheduling
Client will be provided access to schedule the session within twenty-one (21) calendar days of purchase.
Failure to schedule within 21 days or to attend the session within 30 days of purchase will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund or credit.
Client may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. If the Client fails to reschedule within that window or does not attend the call, the session will be considered complete and forfeited.
4. Confidentiality
Coach agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all business and personal information shared by Client during the session, unless required by law to disclose such information.
Client agrees not to record, distribute, or share any portion of the session without prior written consent from the Coach.
5. Results and Guarantees
This session is intended to provide guidance, feedback, and strategy based on the Coach’s expertise. No specific results, income levels, or business outcomes are guaranteed. Outcomes are dependent upon Client’s participation, implementation, and external market factors beyond the Coach’s control.
Client understands that this session is advisory in nature and that all decisions made and actions taken based on the session are the sole responsibility of the Client.
6. Intellectual Property
All tools, strategies, and materials provided during or in connection with the session remain the intellectual property of the Coach and may not be duplicated, shared, or resold.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration in Jackson County, Oregon.
8. Acknowledgment
By completing payment, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement in full. This Agreement is legally binding upon payment and does not require a physical signature.
