1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in any of our programs, coaching, or retreats, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
2. Program & Retreat Participation
2.1 Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older to join any program, coaching, or retreat.
2.2 Registration & Payment
- All participants must complete registration and submit full payment (or the first installment if a payment plan is offered) to secure their spots.
All program and coaching purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Retreat cancellation policies are outlined in Section 3.3.
2.3 Health & Safety
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions or special needs before the retreat or program.
- We reserve the right to decline participation if it poses a health or safety risk to the individual or group.
3. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Policies
3.1 Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
- Payment plans may be available for certain programs. Failure to make payments on time may result in removal from the program.
3.2 Program & Coaching Refund Policy

Programs, courses, and coaching sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you choose to withdraw from a program early, no refunds or credits will be issued.
- If we cancel a program for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or credit toward another program.
3.3 Retreat Cancellation Policy
48-hour risk-free cancellation after booking.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel within 30 days of booking, you will receive a 50% refund.
- If you cancel more than 30 days after booking or choose to leave early, no refunds will be given.
3.4 Late Payment Policy
- For payment plans, a $50 late fee will be applied to any missed or declined payment.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Respect & Professionalism
- All participants are expected to behave in a respectful, professional, and supportive manner.
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
4.2 Dismissal Policy
- We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program, retreat, or coaching without a refund if they violate these terms.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Privacy Commitment
- Sales Mama, LLC. respects client confidentiality and will not share your personal information without consent unless required by law.
5.2 Email Communication Disclaimer
- Email is not a fully secure communication method. If privacy is a concern, we recommend using a secure email provider.
6. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided in programs, coaching, or retreats—including but not limited to worksheets, training videos, and templates—are intellectual property of Sales Mama, LLC.
You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.
7. Liability & Risks
7.1 Acknowledgment of Risks
- Programs, coaching, and retreats involve personal and business growth, which can include emotional breakthroughs and challenges.
- We cannot guarantee specific financial or personal results. Your success depends on your actions, implementation, and consistency.
7.2 Limited Liability
- You agree that Sales Mama, LLC. is not responsible for any decisions you make, financial losses, or business outcomes resulting from our programs or coaching.
- By enrolling, you waive any claims against Sales Mama, LLC. for damages, losses, or any unforeseen circumstances.
8. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
8.1 Information We Collect
- We collect name, email, payment information, and other details necessary to provide services.
- Your personal data is never sold or shared without your consent.
8.2 Payment Security
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store credit card details.
9. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for program interruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Internet outages
- Illnesses affecting coaches
- Acts of God
10. Cancellation & Missed Appointments (Coaching Calls)
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a 1:1 coaching session.
- If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, the session will be forfeited.
No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
11. Informed Consent
- You acknowledge that coaching, programs, and retreats involve personal development and professional growth.
- By participating, you give voluntary and informed consent to the process.
12. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any Sales Mama, LLC. programs, coaching, or retreats, you agree to these terms and conditions.
All sales are final. No refunds, no exceptions. 🚨
