This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for all products, programs, courses, workshops, coaching, and retreats offered by Sales Mama, LLC. By purchasing or participating in any offering, you agree to the terms below.

 1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in any program, coaching, course, live workshop, or retreat offered by Sales Mama, LLC., you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll.

 
2. Participation Eligibility

•Participants must be 18 years or older.

•Registration and full payment (or first installment if on a payment plan) is required to secure access.

•Access to digital products is granted upon payment and is non-transferable.


3. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

3.1 Payment Policy

•Full payment is required unless a payment plan is offered and agreed upon.

•Missed or late payments will result in a $50 late fee and possible suspension of access.


3.2 Refund Policy

•All sales for digital programs, courses, workshops, and coaching are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.

•Retreats include a 48-hour risk-free cancellation window after booking.

•Cancel within 48 hours: full refund.

•Cancel within 30 days: 50% refund.

•Cancel after 30 days: no refund.


3.3 Missed Appointments

•1:1 coaching sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations are forfeited.

•Emergency exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


3.4 Chargebacks

•By purchasing any Sales Mama, LLC. program or service, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes through your credit card or payment provider.

•Any chargeback attempts will be investigated and legally pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

4. Product Types & Access

Live Workshops: Access includes the scheduled session and any promised materials. Replay access is available only while the client is actively enrolled in the program.

Courses: Lifetime access to core curriculum unless otherwise stated.

Coaching: Includes only the number of sessions specified at purchase. Additional sessions must be booked separately.

Retreats: In-person events are subject to separate location-specific agreements and policies.

 

5. Intellectual Property

•All materials provided by Sales Mama, LLC. are owned exclusively by the company.

•You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or repurpose any content without written permission.

 

6. Confidentiality

•All participants agree to respect the confidentiality of group spaces, calls, and forums.

•Your personal information will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

 

7. Code of Conduct

•Respectful, professional, and supportive behavior is required.

•Harassment, discrimination, or disruption will result in removal without refund.

 

8. Results Disclaimer

•Sales Mama, LLC. does not guarantee results. Outcomes depend on your implementation, consistency, and business context.

•Coaching is not therapy or financial advising.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

•You agree that Sales Mama, LLC. is not responsible for your business decisions, financial results, or outcomes.

•You waive all claims related to damages, losses, or missed opportunities from participation.

 

10. Data Privacy & Security

•We collect necessary personal and payment data to deliver our services.

•Payments are processed through secure third-party systems. We do not store payment information.

 

11. Force Majeure

Sales Mama, LLC. is not liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, tech failures, or acts of God.

 

12. Informed Consent

By enrolling, you consent to engage in a process of personal and business development. You understand that results vary and that participation may involve emotional, mental, or financial shifts.

 

13. Disputes

All disputes will be handled in accordance with Oregon state laws. We encourage resolution via communication before any legal escalation.
