I’m a ranch-living, business-building, truth-telling mama of 4, raising free-range kids and big dreams on dirt roads in Southern Oregon. I’ve spent the last 20+ years in sales and nearly a decade coaching ambitious women who are done settling for scraps and ready to scale with power, purpose, and peace.

I was the first in my family to graduate high school. Then college.

The first to make six figures.

And I’ll be the first to hit seven.

Not because it was easy but because I refused to quit.
