Brittany is a proud mama of two, living in the heart of Iowa, married to her middle school sweetheart. When she's not busy creating impactful content for Sales Mama, you’ll find her riding her horses, embracing all things agriculture, hitting the golf course, camping, or exploring the great outdoors. Homesteading and traveling also hold a special place in her heart!
As part of the Sales Mama team, she specializes in content creation, outreach, and engagement on Instagram, holding social media trainings for Sales Mama clients, and jumping on calls 1:1 in order to assist with growing socials. She loves channeling her creativity and social skills to help other mamas build thriving businesses while balancing their family life. Watching our community of moms succeed fuels her passion for empowering women to chase their dreams.
Courtney
Sales and Virtual Assistant
Courtney has embraced the role of virtual assistant, blending her background in Social Service Work and Social Work with her passion for helping others thrive.
As a military wife and proud mom of two incredible kids, she understands the juggle of balancing work, family, and personal growth. This fuels her passion to create a supportive, flexible, and empowering space for women, especially moms, to chase their dreams and achieve their goals.
Outside of work, she thrives on adventures and spending quality time with her family exploring the great outdoors.

Strategist Coach
Born and raised in Southern California, Dulce is passionate about helping women position their services and products for business expansion, increased wealth, and greater independence.
With 14 years of business management experience, she serves as the Sales Mama in-house strategic coach, providing expert guidance to help women entrepreneurs scale their businesses with confidence.
In addition to her business expertise, Dulce is a licensed health and life insurance agent in multiple states, helping families build generational wealth and secure their financial future.
A proud mom to a 4-year-old, she balances entrepreneurship with a love for family, sports, and hosting gatherings. She enjoys reading self-development books and taking nature walks to recharge and stay inspired.

Meg thrives on all things related to organizational processes! She’s our behind-the-scenes girl that deals with all things employee operations.
With experience working in the corporate and small business world, she has gained the skills to organize all things business. She loves solving problems in the most strategic way possible.
She’s a busy wife and mom, so when she’s not working she’s juggling her kids all while cheering for the KC Chiefs & KU basketball.
Nicole

Meet Nicole, your friendly Sales Mama appointment setter who’s got the magic touch for scheduling, all while wrangling two kiddos and sipping coffee like a pro. Living in Iowa, she’s the queen of flexibility—because when you work from home, there’s always room for a snack break (or two).
By day, she’s busy setting appointments and improving her small town through her non-profit. By night, she’s in the kitchen baking everything from scratch—except maybe the flour.
When she’s not baking or saving the world, you can find her at the local coffee shop sampling every new flavor to determine which one pairs best with toddler chaos.

As an appointment setter at Sales Mama, Sarah brings a unique blend of expertise, empathy, and precision to the team.
With a professional background as a mental health therapist for five years, she has honed the ability to connect deeply with people, understand their needs, and build meaningful relationships—skills that now drive her success in the world of sales.
When she’s not connecting with clients, you can find Sarah spending time with her husband and two little boys or catching up with friends over coffee.
Shiloh
Sales
Shiloh is a sales closer for Sales Mama, where she specializes in turning hesitant “maybes” into confident “let’s do this!” She thrives on connection, communication, and solving problems—whether it’s helping clients find the perfect fit or negotiating who gets the last cookie with her three kids.
Married and living in beautiful Colorado, she juggles family life, two German Shepherds, and a love for leopard print (it’s basically her uniform). Fueled by tea and her mission to keep things simple, she brings heart and hustle to everything she does—because the best results come from understanding people and building trust.
Stephanie
Virtual Assistant
Stephanie works as a Virtual Assistant with Sausha and the Sales Mama team. Graphic design is her happy place so, if you need a website or social media post dressed up, give her a chat!
Zoom recordings, landing pages, automations and zaps are other areas where she helps keep Sales Mama running smoothly.
Sales Mama helps allow her to live her dream of being a work-from-home, homeschooling mom to her two girls.
She drinks a lot of tea (Typhoo!) and sneaks in as much reading as she possibly can.

Talia is a stay at home mama to 4 little ones in South Dakota. She enjoys authentically connecting with potential clients for Sales Mama as much as she enjoys milking her cows & goats; chasing chickens, sheep & children; making kombucha and sourdough; and homeschooling.
Working from home with Sausha has been a natural fit!
