SALES MAMA RETREAT PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT
June 19-22, 2025 | Eagle Point, Oregon
This Sales Mama Retreat Participant Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Sales Mama LLC (“Host”) and the undersigned Participant (“Participant” or “You”) for participation in the Sales Mama Retreat, held June 19-22, 2025, in Eagle Point, Oregon.
By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. RETREAT PURPOSE & EXPERIENCE
The Sales Mama Retreat is an immersive experience designed to help you step into your next-level self through mindset work, personal development, leadership growth, and equine experiences. Over four days, you will participate in coaching sessions, guided activities, horseback riding, and community-building with like-minded women.
2. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
•Payment: The Participant agrees to pay the full retreat fee as outlined in their registration confirmation. Payment plans are available if previously arranged.
• Cancellation Policy:
•Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund.
•Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable.
•If you are unable to attend, you may not transfer your spot to another participant unless pre-approved.
3. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
By signing this Agreement, you agree to:
•Fully participate in retreat activities with an open mind and willingness to engage.
•Follow all safety guidelines, particularly during horseback riding and outdoor activities.
•Treat other participants, hosts, and staff with respect and kindness.
•Maintain confidentiality of personal discussions shared by other participants.
•Refrain from disruptive or disrespectful behavior that impacts the experience of others.
Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
4. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
A professional photographer and videographer will be present throughout the retreat to capture moments of the experience. By signing this Agreement, you grant Sales Mama LLC permission to:
•Use photographs and videos taken during the retreat that may include you for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
• Share retreat images and video content in future promotions, website materials, and advertisements.
If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed in specific settings, please notify the retreat team in advance, and we will accommodate where possible.
5. LIABILITY RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
•You acknowledge that horseback riding and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, injuries, or accidents.
•You agree to assume all risks associated with participating in the retreat, including horseback riding, physical activities, and travel.
•You release Sales Mama LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liability, or damages that may arise from your participation in the retreat.
You confirm that you:
✔ Are in good health and able to participate in retreat activities.
✔ Will communicate any physical limitations or medical concerns in advance.
✔ Have personal health or travel insurance if desired (recommended but not required).
6. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE
To create a safe and supportive space for all participants, you agree that any personal or sensitive information shared during the retreat will remain confidential. You may share your own takeaways and experiences but not the personal details of other attendees.
7. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that participation in the Sales Mama Retreat is voluntary and that you accept the terms outlined above.
