Sales Mama Work-from-Home Program Enrollment Agreement
This Enrollment Agreement outlines the commitments between Sales Mama School (“Company”) and you, (“Participant”), regarding your enrollment in the Sales Mama Work-from-Home Program (“Program”). By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:
1. What You Promise (Your Commitment)
Payment: You agree to pay the total program fee of $1,997 (or the discounted rate of $1,497 if enrolled before January 15th). If you choose a payment plan, you commit to completing all scheduled payments on time. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to program materials and community.
No Refunds or Extensions: You understand that all sales are final. No refunds or extensions will be granted for any reason, as the program includes immediate access to digital materials and training.
Participation & Engagement: You agree to fully participate in the Program by attending weekly live calls, completing assignments, and being an active, positive presence in the community.
Confidentiality: You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not share personal, business, or sensitive information disclosed during the Program.
Intellectual Property Protection: You understand that all Program content, including videos, scripts, templates, and other materials, are proprietary to Sales Mama School and are for your personal use only. You agree not to copy, distribute, resell, or share the materials with anyone outside the Program.
2. What We Promise (Our Commitment)
Program Access: You will receive access to all core video lessons, templates, tools, and resources for the 8-week duration of the Program, along with access to course content and limited access to live coaching calls after the initial program period.
Expert Guidance: We will provide expert coaching and strategies to help you grow a successful work-from-home career as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Setter, or Sales Closer.
Live Coaching Calls: You will have access to weekly live coaching calls weekly for real-time support and Q&A.
Supportive Community: You will gain access to a private Facebook group for ongoing support, networking, and accountability throughout the Program.
3. Payment Terms and Access
Program Investment: The full cost of the Program is $1,997 or $1,497 with early enrollment before January 15th.
Payment Plans: Flexible payment plans are available with Affirm or Klarna starting as low as $76/month.
Payment Completion Requirement: Access to materials and live calls may be restricted if payment is not completed.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the digital content and immediate access provided, all sales are final, and no refunds or extensions will be granted.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including lessons, videos, templates, and resources, are the exclusive property of Sales Mama School.
Prohibited Actions: Sharing, copying, modifying, reselling, or distributing program content outside of the Program is strictly prohibited.
6. Disclaimers & Responsibility
No Guaranteed Outcomes: The Program provides tools, strategies, and mentorship, but success depends on your individual effort and application of the material.
Earnings Disclaimer: We do not guarantee any specific income results or financial outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, skill, and circumstances.
Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own results, decisions, and actions throughout the Program.
7. Termination of Access
Sales Mama School reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program without refund if:
Payment is not completed as agreed.
There is a violation of the intellectual property terms.
Disrespectful or disruptive behavior is exhibited within the community or during live calls.
8. Ongoing Support After the 8 Weeks
After the 8-week core program, you will have the option to:
Join the Monthly Membership: Stay connected in the Sales Mama Community for a low-cost monthly membership fee, where you can continue networking, receive support, and attend occasional live coaching calls.
9. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By enrolling in the Sales Mama Work-from-Home Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed in this agreement. You commit to showing up, participating fully, and giving your best effort throughout the Program.
