Work-from-Home Mastery Program Agreement
This Agreement sets forth the promises between you, , (“Participant”) and Sales Mama School (“Company”) regarding your participation in the Work-from-Home Mastery Program (“Program”). By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:
1. What You Promise (Your Commitment)
• Payment: I promise to pay the full Program fee of $997. If I choose a payment plan, I promise to complete all payments on time, as outlined in the schedule.
• No Refunds or Extensions: I understand that all sales are final. No refunds or extensions will be provided, regardless of circumstances.
• Confidentiality: I promise to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants by not sharing their personal or business information outside of the Program.
• Engagement: I promise to actively participate in the Program, complete assignments, and show up with a positive and respectful attitude toward my peers and instructors.
• Intellectual Property: I promise not to share, redistribute, or resell any Program materials. They are for my personal use only.
2. What We Promise (Our Commitment)
• Access to Materials: We promise to provide you with access to all Program materials, including videos, templates, and resources, for the full 6 weeks of the Program and [Insert Access Period, e.g., 6 months] after its completion.
• Expert Guidance: We promise to deliver high-quality training and resources to help you succeed in your chosen work-from-home role as a Virtual Assistant, Setter, or Closer.
• Community Support: We promise to maintain a supportive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment where you can connect with other participants.
• Confidentiality: We promise to keep any personal information you share during the Program private and confidential.
3. Payment and Access
• The total cost of the Program is $997.
• Payment is due in full upon registration or through an approved payment plan.
• Failure to complete payment plan installments will result in loss of access to the Program.
4. No Refunds or Extensions
• Due to the nature of the digital content, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Program access is limited to the agreed-upon timeframe. No extensions will be granted beyond the access period.
5. Intellectual Property
• All Program materials are the exclusive property of Sales Mama School.
• Sharing, copying, or selling Program materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Disclaimers
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or financial results. Success depends on your individual effort and application of the material.
• The Program is not intended to replace legal, financial, or career advice.
7. Termination
• The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program if these terms are violated.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. I promise to fulfill my commitments, and I understand what the Company promises to provide in return.
