Sales Mama Work-from-Home Program Enrollment Agreement
This Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the commitments between Sales Mama, LLC (“Company”) and (“Participant”) regarding enrollment in the Sales Mama Work-from-Home Program (“Program”). By enrolling and submitting payment, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
The Sales Mama Work-from-Home Program is a 90-day online coaching and training experience designed to help participants start or grow a work-from-home career as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Setter, or Sales Closer.
The Program includes:

Weekly live coaching and training sessions (schedule subject to change)

Access to the complete training portal, templates, and tools

Access to the private Slack community for questions and accountability

Expert coaching, mentorship, and feedback throughout the 90-day duration
Enrollment in this Program represents your commitment to showing up, engaging fully, and implementing what you learn.
2. Program Investment & Payment Terms
There are no refunds, cancellations, or early exits for any reason. You are responsible for the full balance, whether or not you complete or participate in the Program.
Chargebacks will not be tolerated. Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate removal from the Program and may be referred to collections. You remain liable for the total program cost plus any legal, administrative, or collection fees.
3. Access & Duration
Access begins upon your first payment and continues for ninety (90) consecutive days.
You will retain continued access to course materials after the 90-day live coaching period; however, live support, community access, and coaching end at 90 days unless you join a follow-on membership.
Access may be restricted or revoked if payments are incomplete or if this Agreement is violated.
4. Communication & Feedback Policy
To maintain transparency and fairness, Participant agrees to communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction in writing within 30 days of occurrence.
All communications must include specific examples and be sent to support@salesmama.biz.
Failure to communicate concerns within that timeframe will be considered acceptance of services as delivered up to that point.
The Company will review and address written concerns in good faith within a reasonable time.
5. Participation & Conduct
You agree to:

Attend or review live calls and trainings

Complete assignments and participate respectfully in discussions

Uphold community standards and maintain professionalism
The Company reserves the right to terminate access without refund for disrespectful, disruptive, or unethical conduct, including negative or defamatory remarks about the Company or its participants.
6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All Program content—including videos, trainings, templates, frameworks, and materials—is confidential and proprietary to Sales Mama, LLC.
You agree not to copy, share, teach, reproduce, distribute, or sell any Program materials without prior written consent. Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action for damages.
All materials are licensed for personal use only.
7. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the Program’s digital materials and immediate access, all sales are final.
No refunds, pauses, or extensions will be issued for any reason.
8. Disclaimers & Responsibility
The Program provides education and coaching services. It does not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or income results.
You acknowledge that your results depend on your effort, implementation, and personal circumstances.
You are solely responsible for your actions, business decisions, and outcomes.
9. Non-Disparagement
Participant agrees not to make, publish, or communicate any negative, false, or defamatory statements about Sales Mama, LLC, its affiliates, or representatives, whether publicly or privately.
Violation of this clause may result in legal action and forfeiture of access or goodwill considerations.
10. Media & Testimonial Release
By enrolling, you grant Sales Mama, LLC permission to use your name, likeness, testimonials, and shared wins (screenshots, videos, or comments) for marketing or educational purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
11. Force Majeure
Sales Mama, LLC will not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including illness, platform outages, or natural disasters. Sessions may be rescheduled but will not be refunded.
12. Limitation of Liability
Sales Mama, LLC and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your participation. You release and hold harmless Sales Mama, LLC from all claims related to your results, decisions, or outcomes.
13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Jackson County, Oregon. Participant waives the right to trial by jury.
If Sales Mama, LLC is the prevailing party, Participant agrees to pay all attorney fees, arbitration costs, and legal expenses.
14. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the Participant and Sales Mama, LLC.
No oral or external representations modify these terms unless in writing and signed by both parties.
15. Acknowledgment
By enrolling and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
You understand that enrollment represents a full commitment to the 90-day Program and that results depend on your active participation.
