Sales Mama Case Study: 90-Day Mentorship Agreement
By enrolling in the Sales Mama Case Study, you, (“Participant”), agree to the following terms and conditions with Sausha Davis (“Coach”) and Sales Mama, LLC:
1. Program Overview
This 90-day mentorship includes:

Bi-weekly 30-minute private Zoom coaching calls (1:1)

Monday–Friday Slack access for support, feedback, and accountability during business hours (Pacific Time)

Customized strategy tailored to your specific business, goals, and growth stage
This is a results-focused, fast-paced mentorship built for women ready to create traction, momentum, and clarity in a short time frame. You were invited into this case study for a reason—now it’s time to go all in.
2. Investment & Payment
The investment for this experience is $5,000 USD.
Payment must be made in full before your onboarding or first coaching session unless a written payment plan is approved in advance.
All sales are final. No refunds, no transfers, no exceptions—regardless of circumstances or participation level.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If initiated, the Participant will be responsible for all legal fees and recovery costs.
3. Communication & Availability
Slack support is available Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Pacific Time).
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
Weekends, holidays, and family emergencies are protected—replies may be delayed during those times.
4. Calls & Rescheduling
Calls are 30 minutes, scheduled bi-weekly, and held via Zoom.
If you need to reschedule, 24 hours’ notice is required.
Calls canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
Missed sessions do not roll over and cannot be rescheduled or credited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Responsibilities & Expectations
Coach Commitment: Sausha will show up prepared, fully present, and focused on your success and momentum.
Participant Commitment: You agree to show up on time, prepared, and willing to take full ownership of your results.
This is a partnership, not a magic pill. Growth requires effort, implementation, and responsibility. If you’re in, be all in.
6. Confidentiality
All communication and information shared within this container is confidential.
All tools, strategies, and materials shared are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or duplicated.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Sales Mama, LLC and Sausha Davis are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your participation.
You understand that this is a mentorship experience, not a guarantee of specific results or earnings.
8. Termination Policy
Sales Mama, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who breaches the integrity of the container, behaves unethically, or violates these terms.
No refunds will be given in the event of termination.
9. Agreement
By enrolling and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms above.
