Sales Mama Retreat Agreement
This Retreat Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sales Mama, LLC (“Host”) and (“Participant”) for retreats hosted in Southern Oregon in 2026.
By registering, Participant acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions below.
1. Retreat Details
Root to Rise: The Growth Accelerator Retreat — May 14–17, 2026
Harvest & Lead: The Legacy Leadership Retreat — October 8–11, 2026
Location: Southern Oregon
Host: Sales Mama, LLC
2. Payment & Registration

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

The retreat must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.

Payment-plan installments must be completed as scheduled. Payment plans are legally binding and not subscriptions.

Registration is non-transferable without Host’s written approval.
3. Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Because retreat logistics and accommodations are booked well in advance:

Transfer Option: Participant may transfer their registration to another approved woman no later than 30 days before the retreat with written Host approval.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the retreat will result in forfeiture of all payments.
4. Communication Policy
Participant agrees to communicate any concerns or issues in writing within 30 days of occurrence by emailing support@salesmama.biz and including specific details.
Failure to communicate within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of services as delivered.
5. Health Disclosure & Medical Release
Participant affirms they are in good physical, emotional, and mental health to participate in retreat activities.
Participant agrees to disclose any medical, physical, or psychological conditions that could impact their participation prior to arrival.
Participant acknowledges that Sales Mama, LLC is not a medical provider and that retreat activities are not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care.
Participant releases Host from all liability arising from any known or unknown medical conditions, allergies, or reactions during or after the retreat.
6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participant understands that retreat activities (including but not limited to horseback sessions, outdoor excursions, movement, and workshops) involve inherent risks.
By attending, Participant:

Assumes full responsibility for their health, safety, and belongings.

Releases Sales Mama, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any liability for injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage before, during, or after the retreat.

Is responsible for obtaining personal health, accident, and travel insurance coverage.
7. Travel Responsibility & Delays
Participant is solely responsible for travel arrangements to and from the retreat, including airfare, ground transportation, and travel insurance.
Host is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or expenses due to weather, flight schedules, illness, or other circumstances beyond its control.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed retreat days due to travel disruptions.
8. Substance Use Policy
To ensure a safe and supportive environment:
Host reserves the right to remove any participant who exhibits unsafe, disruptive, or impaired behavior. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
9. Code of Conduct
This is a professional, growth-centered environment. Participant agrees to:

Treat all people, animals, and property with respect.

Refrain from unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.

Follow all ranch and safety guidelines.
Host may dismiss any participant for violating conduct expectations; no refund will be issued.
10. Confidentiality
Participant agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories, business information, or proprietary teachings shared by other attendees or the Host.
Breach of confidentiality may result in removal without refund and potential legal action.
11. Media & Testimonial Release
Photographs, video, and audio recordings may occur during the retreat and may be used by Host for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.
By registering, Participant grants permission for Host to use their image, voice, name, and testimonials without compensation.
Opt-Out Option: Participants who do not wish to be recorded may submit a written opt-out form upon arrival; Host will honor this request.
Recording Boundaries: Participants may take personal photos but may not record sessions or other attendees without consent.
12. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sales Mama, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and venue partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the retreat, including injuries, property damage, or other incidents caused by Participant’s actions.
13. Force Majeure
Host will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, venue closures, pandemics, natural disasters, or travel restrictions.
If such an event occurs, Host will offer rescheduling or credit toward a future retreat. No cash refunds will be issued.
14. Limitation of Liability
Sales Mama, LLC provides educational and personal-development experiences only. Host makes no guarantees of specific outcomes.
Host’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Participant for the retreat.
15. Non-Disparagement
Participant agrees not to make or publish negative, false, or defamatory statements about Sales Mama, LLC, its affiliates, or other attendees.
Violation of this clause may result in legal action and forfeiture of all payments.
16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Jackson County, Oregon, and Participant waives the right to a trial by jury.
If Sales Mama, LLC is the prevailing party, Participant agrees to pay all attorney fees, arbitration costs, and legal expenses.
17. Entire Agreement
This document represents the full understanding between Participant and Sales Mama, LLC.
No oral promises, prior marketing statements, or external representations modify these terms unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
18. Acknowledgment & Signature
By signing below, Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this Agreement, including payment, cancellation, liability waiver, code of conduct, confidentiality, and media release.
