Sales Mama School: ROOT Founding Member Participant Agreement
This Participant Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Sales Mama, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("Company"), and ("Participant"), effective as of Mar 15, 2026.
1. Program Overview
Sales Mama School ROOT is a foundational sales and business growth membership for women entrepreneurs designed to help you build consistent revenue, book more calls, and close more clients with confidence.
All Founding Members receive access to:
2x weekly live group coaching calls
Full Sales Mama Curriculum and replays
Templates, scripts, and implementation tools
Private community access for support
Accountability coach for support
Access to retreats and events
This is a group-only membership.
2. Investment & Commitment Terms
Founding Member pricing is $497/month, month-to-month, with no minimum commitment period. Normal program pricing is $1,000/month with a 3 month commitment.
This founding member rate is locked in for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. Rate lock is forfeited if Participant cancels or allows membership to lapse. If Participant re-enrolls after cancellation, current published pricing will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Participant may cancel at any time with no minimum commitment required.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@salesmama.biz at least 7 days before the next billing date.
Cancellations submitted with less than 7 days notice will be processed for the following billing cycle.
Cancellations are effective at the end of the current paid period.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Sales Mama, LLC is confident in the quality of this program and the results it produces. If Participant does not earn back her investment within the first 30 days, Participant may request a refund or a complimentary additional month at no charge, at the discretion of Sales Mama, LLC, provided ALL of the following conditions are met:
Attended all live coaching calls or watched replays within 48 hours
Completed at least 1 module per week
Booked and completed onboarding call with Nicole
Booked and completed Vision Plan call with Sausha
Booked and completed Accountability call with Diana
Submitted Monday money trackers on time every week without exception
To request a refund or complimentary month, Participant must:
Submit a written request to support@salesmama.biz within 7 days of their 30 day enrollment mark
Include proof of completion of all requirements listed above
Book and complete a call with Sausha to discuss options before any decision is made
Requests submitted outside the 7 day window, without proof of completion, or without completing the required call will not be honored. Outside of the 30 day guarantee window, all sales are final. No exceptions.
Payment Terms
Payments will be automatically charged monthly via the payment method provided at enrollment.
Participant is responsible for maintaining valid and current payment information.
Failure to maintain current payment information does not release Participant from payment obligations.
Failed Payment Policy
If a scheduled payment fails for any reason:
Access to all program materials, calls, community, and support will be immediately suspended.
Participant will be notified and given 72 hours to resolve the failed payment.
A late fee of $25 will be assessed for each failed payment.
A reactivation fee of $50 will be charged to restore access after payment is brought current.
Sales Mama, LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through third-party debt collectors and legal action.
Participant will be responsible for all collection costs, legal fees, and court costs associated with collection efforts.
Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate removal from the program and may be pursued legally.
3. Access & Participation
Program access begins upon initial payment and continues on a month-to-month basis provided all payments remain current. Participant is responsible for attending or reviewing sessions, engaging with the community, and implementing strategies provided.
Sales Mama, LLC is not responsible for Participant's failure to access or utilize available materials during their enrollment period.
4. Communication & Feedback
Participant agrees to communicate any concerns in writing within 14 days of occurrence to support@salesmama.biz. Sales Mama, LLC will make reasonable efforts to respond and resolve concerns in good faith.
5. Program Access, Schedule & Modifications
All live sessions are recorded and made available for replay. Sales Mama, LLC reserves the right to modify schedules, content, delivery methods, coaches, or materials as necessary to maintain program quality.
6. Responsibilities & Expectations
Participant agrees to take full responsibility for her progress and results, show up prepared and engaged, maintain professionalism and confidentiality, and adhere to community guidelines. Violation of community standards may result in immediate removal without refund.
7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All materials, curriculum content, recordings, and resources are proprietary and protected by copyright. Participant agrees not to share, sell, reproduce, or distribute any program materials without written consent.
8. Non-Disparagement
Participant agrees not to publish false, negative, or disparaging statements about Sales Mama, LLC, its representatives, or participants.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sales Mama, LLC provides education and mentorship services only. Participant is fully responsible for her business decisions and results. Results are not guaranteed beyond the terms of the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee outlined in Section 2.
10. Force Majeure
Sales Mama, LLC is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.
11. Dispute Resolution & Legal Venue
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Jackson County, Oregon, under Oregon law. Participant waives jury trial and class action rights. Prevailing party may recover attorney's fees and costs.
12. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
13. Entire Agreement
This document represents the entire agreement between Participant and Sales Mama, LLC. No external representations modify these terms unless in writing and signed by both parties.
14. Acknowledgment
By enrolling and submitting payment, Participant acknowledges she has read, understood, and agrees to all terms including the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee requirements and conditions. Participant understands this founding member rate is a limited-time offer and is locked in only as long as membership remains active and in good standing.
