You're Not Pushy For Wanting More. You're Just Building With The Wrong Strategy.

Let me guess…
You're posting consistently. You're showing up on stories. You're doing the lives, the reels, the networking. You're doing everything the internet told you to do.
And you're still stuck at $3K-$5K months wondering what the heck is wrong with you.
Nothing is wrong with you. Your strategy is the problem.
I know because I lived it. I was the mom grinding 24/7, barely present with my kids, telling myself it would all pay off eventually. Spoiler: it didn't. Not until I completely changed HOW I was building.
I run my business from a ranch in Southern Oregon. I have four kids. I close my laptop at 2pm every single day. And I've closed over $20M in sales across my career. Not because I'm working harder than you. Because I stopped forcing strategies that were never built for women like us.
Here's what I want you to know: more content won't save a broken sales process. And working more hours doesn't make you more money. It makes you more tired.
So what actually works?
1. Know how YOU sell best.
Every woman has a natural sales personality. Some of us are relationship builders. Some of us are direct closers. Some of us lead with empathy. Some lead with data. The problem is most of us are out here copying someone else's strategy that works for THEIR personality and wondering why it feels so forced.
When you figure out how you're wired to sell, everything shifts. Your conversations feel natural. Your close rate goes up. And you stop dreading sales calls.
2. Fix your sales process before you fix your marketing.
I see this all the time. Women spending hours on content and ads when their actual sales process is broken. They're getting leads but not converting. They're getting on calls but not closing.
If your conversion rate is low, posting more isn't the answer. You need to look at your qualifying questions, your follow up, and how you're actually running your sales conversations.
3. Stop treating your prices like an apology.
Every time you discount without reason, you're teaching the market you don't believe in your own value. Premium prices attract premium clients. Cheap prices attract chaos.
If you've been undercharging because you're scared of hearing no, that's not a pricing issue. That's a worthiness conversation. And it's one we need to have.
4. Build around your life, not the other way around.
Hustle culture will sell you exhaustion and call it ambition. But your kids don't need a perfect mom. They need a present one. Your business should fund your life, not consume it.
That means setting boundaries. That means closing the laptop. That means saying no to things that drain you so you can say yes to what actually moves the needle.
5. Get in a room that pulls you forward.
You can only go so far alone. The women who scale fastest are the ones who get around other women doing the same thing. Not a Facebook group with 10,000 strangers. A room where someone knows your name, your numbers, and your next move.
Here's your next step.

You weren't built to hustle yourself into the ground. You were built to lead. Let's start acting like it.
