Challenge Your Money Mindset - Part 2

Too often, we downplay our achievements and say things like, "Oh, I only made xxx much." But I want you to get fired up! Show up with your whole self, fully committed.

When you show up with the intention and energy of "Yes, I'm going to do this come hell or high water," nothing and no one can stop you. There's an unstoppable power in a determined woman or mother. Think about it—if something threatened your child, you would unleash your inner mama bear without hesitation. Channel that same fierce energy into your business, and you'll be hitting 15, 20, or 30+ K months in no time.

Now, let me climb onto my high horse for a moment because I'm passionate about this: I'm tired of seeing women play small. Charging $20 an hour? This isn't Chick-fil-A, and you're not 16 years old working your first job. You've been doing this for 10, 15, 20 years. You are the expert.

When people hire you, they are paying for your expertise, not just your time. In that one-hour session, or that three or six-month package, they are investing in the immense value you bring from years of experience. They want to compress 20 years of learning into a three-month timeline, tailored to help them achieve their goals faster than they could on their own.

So, stop undervaluing yourself. This is not a $20, $50, or even $100 an hour gig. Maybe it was when you first started, but not anymore. You are seasoned professionals, not beginners. Charge what you're worth because your expertise and the value you provide are priceless.

It's time to stand tall, own your worth, and let the world see the expert you truly are.
