Challenge Your Money Mindset - Part 3
Are you ready to start showing up like the expert you are? Your money mindset plays a crucial role in this transformation. It's important to recognize that your current mindset didn't form overnight, and it won't change overnight either. In fact, some of the limiting beliefs you hold about money might not even be your own.
The Influence of Generational Trauma
Our beliefs and traumas can be passed down through generations. Epigenetics shows us that thought patterns, traumas, and beliefs can influence us today, even if they originated in past generations. Not long ago, many people lived through depressions and extreme poverty, and that trauma may still linger within us. This generational trauma can impact our mindset and our approach to money.
To overcome these inherited beliefs, you might need to engage in energetic clearing or hypnotherapy. These practices can help you release stagnant energy that doesn't serve you. For instance, if you're experiencing physical issues like thyroid problems, headaches, or reproductive challenges, it could be connected to deeper energetic blockages.
The Connection Between Money Mindset and Business Success
Your money mindset affects every aspect of your business. From your sales process and confidence to your client retention and lifetime value, everything is interconnected. When you show up confidently and set a price point that reflects your value, your clients will take you more seriously. They'll trust your expertise and be willing to invest in your higher-priced packages.
If your goal is to make $10,000, I challenge you to aim higher—think $20,000, $30,000, or even $50,000. Adjusting your money mindset to these higher figures can open up new possibilities for your business. However, it's okay if these numbers don't resonate with you. Everyone's path is different, and it's important to find what works for you.
My mission is to change the way women show up for themselves in their businesses, sales processes, and money mindsets. I believe in your potential and want to see you thrive. Remember, you can always take what resonates with you and leave the rest. I'm just sharing from my experience as a small-town girl living a big dream.
